Preaching for Diverse Audiences with Awareness to LGBTQ
Ross Murray, an ELCA Deacon in the New York Synod, is the Senior Director of Education and Training at the GLAAD Media Institute and the founder and director of The Naming Project, a faith-based camp for LGBTQ youth and their allies. Drawing on his experience in faith formation, media education, and LGBTQ advocacy, Ross has created a three-part video series designed to help leaders understand and navigate contextual challenges with care and confidence. This resource supports preaching and ministry with diverse audiences while fostering greater awareness, inclusion, and respect for LGBTQ communities.
