Ben Hoffman

Steering Committee

Ben is an IT Business Analyst with Penn State and has a bachelor's degree in Economics from Clarion University. Ben is an Authorized Lay Worship Leader in the Allegheny Synod, Serves on the GTIITM Steering Committee and the ALWL Task Force. In 2025, Ben was a voting representative at the ELCA Churchwide Assembly for the Allegheny Synod.

Ben is a 4th generation farmer with his family and lives in Karthaus, PA. He and his wife have four children (a son and three daughters), two dogs, and a variety of livestock. He is also active in his home congregation and community serving on his congregation council and various boards. In his free time, Ben and his family enjoy camping, visiting new places, and enjoying new foods.
